Consultation And Medical Appointment Options

We offer a range of consultation types via appointment to our enrolled population.

  • At Mercury Bay Medical Centre we really value your time which is why we offer you a number of ways to talk through your health needs.
  • In person or phone consultation available.
  • Appointment times are 15 minutes, if you feel you need longer than this to discuss your issue, or have multiple issues to discuss please book a double appointment.

Surgical procedures and other appointments

  • If you’re booking for something other than a routine appointment, e.g. driving licence exam, surgical procedures etc, please call to book your appointment as extra time is needed for these.

Accident and Emergency Care And Triage

  • Always call 111 in a medical emergency.
  • Daily urgent care clinic available, open during clinic hours.

Repeat Prescriptions

  • Ensuring you have a good supply of all your regular medications is incredibly important for your own health and well-being particularly if you are heading away or it’s nearing the holidays.
  • We know it can be a hassle for you, but it’s also a hassle for us if you leave your repeat prescription to the last minute. So to help all of us, get it sorted early.
